How it Works:
After your studio photo session with me, I carefully analyze each image, considering elements such as colors, mood, lighting, and artistic style. Once I've envisioned the creative direction, I upload the chosen photo into specialized AI software. Using prompts, I guide the AI to generate unique variations.
The process begins with straightforward prompts, like "this cat posing for a noble portrait," and evolves into more intricate instructions, specifying details such as the season, time of day, lighting conditions, and even the art style—ranging from classical elegance to contemporary or experimental styles like Pixar animation or watercolor effects.
After the AI generates multiple variations, I carefully select the one that best captures the desired aesthetic. The initial AI image is typically smaller in size, around 1000 x 1000 pixels, suitable for social media but insufficient for high-quality prints. To address this, I utilize an upscaling software, boosting the image size up to an impressive 8000 x 8000 pixels for optimal print quality.
The final touch involves refining the image in Photoshop, ensuring that every detail aligns with the essence of your pet. In the example pictured to the right, I’ve added my cat’s trademark freckle to the middle of his nose. I’ve also played with brightness and colors to achieve the look I’m going for.
It's essential to note that the AI-created image isn't an exact replica of your pet but rather an artistic interpretation. While we may not have reached the point of perfect replication, the purpose of AI-generated images is to serve as an illustration that brings a whole new dimension to your cherished pet photos.
