No aspect of photography is complete without excellent customer service, professional image processing, and first-class delivery.

It all begins with understanding your vision. By following best practices and providing a personalized approach to each session, I promise to provide you with a cherished collection of images that will always serve to remind you of your amazing pet.

FAQ’s

  • Although I typically shoot dogs and cats, I will happily photograph all types of animals. Whether it be horses, turtles, chickens, pigs or snakes - you name it, I can shoot it!  Prices may vary. Please contact me for additional information.

  • Extra time - You may add extra time on to your photography session for an additional $25 per 30 minutes.

    Multiple Pets - You may add one extra pet to your photography session for an additional $25. The maximum number of pets per session is two. Please let me know ahead of time so I can plan the space accordingly.

  • Full payment is required to secure your session. I accept Venmo (@Alison-Huntley) or Zelle (enrolled under my business name with phone number (858) 882-7920).

    Session add-ons, such as additional pet and/or additional time, are due at the time of your appointment.

    Payment for additional digital and/or print images are due in full when an order is placed on my online gallery store. No order will be processed without full payment.

    Gift cards are applicable to session fees only.

  • Sessions must be booked no less than 3 days in advance. There are no refunds if you choose to not show up for the scheduled photoshoot session. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled photo shoot with no intention of rescheduling, half of your payment will be refunded to you. That said, I want to offer the best service possible and will work with you in the event of an emergency.

  • Upon collection of your wall art, if anything is damaged or defective, I will replace it soon as possible.

  • If you need to reschedule your session, you can apply your session fee to the rescheduled date, provided notice is given within at least 48 hours of your session. The session must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the original date. Photo sessions can not be rescheduled more than twice.

  • Alison Huntley Pet Photography may use any images in their studio, website, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising, social media, slide shows unless the subject expresses the wish for this to not happen prior to the event.
